Cabanas date back to Ancient Rome in 2,500 B.C., although the original word “cabaña” comes from Mexico. Originally, cabanas were designed as shaded structures to provide relief from the scorching sun. Over time, they evolved into private havens, offering an exclusive escape from bustling crowds.

When we designed the Cabana Headboard, we wanted to bring this sense of allure and plushness into a bedroom setting. Handcrafted by skilled artisans, the headboard is upholstered in Romo Linara. Linara has a beautiful, brushed finish with an exceptionally soft, peach-skin feel that adds a luxurious quality to this versatile fabric. Highly acclaimed, Linara is a washable linen union that remains a go-to plain, offering style and versatility along with practicality and durability.
